Hainan province released the third batch of 12 system innovation cases in FTZ
On the morning of May 20, a press conference of system innovation cases (the third batch) in China (Haikou) Pilot Free Trade Zone held in Haikou, released the third batch of system innovation cases in FTZ with a total of 12 items.
The 12 items are as follows:
Applying building information simulation (BIM) to carry out electronic bidding;
Issuing the talent rental housing real estate investment trust fund (REITs) products successfully;
Realizing the "unity of different supervision" based on the online supervision office;
Taking the market as the guidance to create a new consumption poverty alleviation model;
Setting up"winter semesters" in higher education to build a new platform for flexible talent introduction and training;
The rural revitalization team covers all villages and towns in the Hainan province;
Consular businesses realize "finishing all affairs in a network";
Establishing major projects inspection work station, to provide accurate legal services "face to face";
Optimizing and Innovating statistical methods of service trade data;
Innovating Hainan satellite remote sensing information industry chain incubation investment model;
Utilizing video methods to realize will and wisdom support and opening up a new channel to alleviate poverty;
Reforming the communication base station construction management to delegate power, improve regulation, and upgrade services.

Hainan cultural products reveal charm at ICIF

Hainan's cultural and creative products were displayed at the Hainan exhibition hall of the 15th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF), which is being held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in Shenzhen from May 16 to 20.
With the theme of "Beautiful New Hainan, Cultural Tourism New Fashion", the Hainan hall is exhibiting achievements in Hainan's cultural development and distinctive cultural resources of the island province over recent years.
About 400 exhibitors are participating in the fair, including 240 from nearly 60 Hainan enterprises and about 160 from its government departments and organizations.
This year's ICIF is jointly hosted by the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee (General Administration of Press and Publication of the People's Republic of China, National Film Administration), the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Ministry of Commerce, the National Radio and Television Administration, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the Guangdong Provincial People's Government, and the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government.
As the only national standard, international, and integrated cultural fair in China, ICIF focuses on exhibitions and exchanges. It is committed to hosting high quality and intensive exhibitions, building a trade platform for China's cultural industrial products and projects, driving the development of China's cultural industry, and vigorously advancing the globalization of Chinese cultural products.
